Remember G.M.A.C. Mortgage they were a major player in the Restate Crumble of 2008 part or the General Motors bail out well they were the parent company of the now defunk Homecomings Financial. A corporation that financed my house. This is to give you a little back ground.
Now part of the great Obama bail out of G.M. was that their financial division was to become an Investment bank, thus G.A.M.C. Mortgage became one as well as it parent corporation "Ally".
What most of us do not know is that during this process that "We The People" in the form of the Federal Government ended up owing 79% of these corporations. Well over the course of the last year or so G.M.A.C. Mortgage filed for Bankruptcy. I posted many comment one of my blogs about how undermining G.M.A.C. is and how stupidly their Customer Care Department operated, meaning it was nearly non-existent. Their Customer Service 1 800 number went to a call center in the Philippines where some poor glad to have a job Filipina lady would take the blunt of customers abusive complaints including mine. Took me 3 years to get my account cleaned up and my credit restored to post G.M.A.C. Mortgage, status.
Back on track as part of the Bankruptcy proceeding G.M.A.C. Mortgage was sold so that that 'We The People" are now stuck with $122 billion in home mortgage loans including mine. Which the had to sell in order to repay us for our investment in them. This was all kept very quiet and the only general publication I have been able to find is at this link http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2013-01-31/business/sns-rt-us-ally-ocwenbre90u0uj-20130131_1_walter-investment-management-ocwen-rescap.
In February 2013 after receiving numerous letters informing me that G.M.A.C. Mortgage was in bankruptcy I learned Ocwen Loan Servicing was now my mortgage lender.
So what has changed, new office for O.L.S. LLc, in Waterloo, IA and a new P.O. Box for written communications. Customer Care well it is that same poor Filipina lady at the end of a 1 800 number;
how did I learn this well after returning to my home after a 4 month away due to the nature of my work I learned that my second mortgage payment was applied to the first a cycle that has continued over and over during the life of the loan or vice-vera which has kept my credit rating like a yoyo on a string.
When I spoke on the phone with the Customer Care person I learned that they received the payment for the 2 loans on different days. I said that could not be possible, she asked why? I said the checks were in the same envelope and the coupons..... they were received on the same day.
Payments in check form are now to a different P.O. Box in Phoenix, AZ same city and state as before. Bank statement show the checks made out to Ocwen Loan Servicing LLc are not electronically cashed but via mail and the statement read GMAC as the bearer.
Was hot able to find much online about Ocwen Loan Servicing LLc but did learn that there was a class action suite filed in federal court on the behalf of 57 customers that was settled out of court.
They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and their records indicate a number of complaints filed against the corporation by customers exceeding 1,000 which is not a good sign in my view. http://www.bbb.org/central-florida/business-reviews/loan-servicing/ocwen-loan-servicing-in-orlando-fl-13002055# is the BBB rating page incase you need more information.
Other information indicates that they are buying out many struggling Mortgage Servicing Companies at a considerable rate over the last few years.
They claim that the exist only to help home owners. Time will tell for myself as well as my fellow $122 billion home loan recipients as to weather things will improve.
One last note, I truly hope that the one person who in their structure that was able to correct their sins Denice did not loose her job in the transitions her being an Account Executive Manager.

Memorial Day Holiday 2012 U.S.A.
Memorial Day Holiday 2012 U.S.A., earlier today I put a post on my Facebook page which I gave thanks to those who served in our Armed Forces.
The person who came to mind was my mother's brother Forest Knott who joined the Army and became a Cook, at the on set of WW2. Uncle Forest was a great Trumpet player and artist, and as many of us in the family had a Photographic Memory.
There were 1,600 men in his battalion, he during the course of their training learned the first names of the majority of enlisted men he served with.
The story continues, the first piece of American Soil that we recovered from the Japanese was the Frozen Island of Atu. American Soil that is now part of the state than is the furthest North, West. and largest, Alaska.
During the Invasion of Atu the G.I.'s (G.I. means Government Issue for those who don not know the origin of the term.) landed on the beach and the Japanese waited trenched in before opening fire until most of my uncles Battalion was on the beach, being a cook; Forest Knott had to wait on the ship, as there was no safe ground to set up the mess tents.
No one knows why the Japanese troops waited for neatly a day to open fire on the American troops on the beach but when they did the machine guns ended the lives of 700 men in under an hour. The Japanese Troops had to stand their ground as there was no place for them to retreat, nor would there be any reinforcements. It took several days for the American Forces to secure the island of Atu.
Now the Army had a logistic's problem this was during the dead of winter and even the sand on the beach was frozen; where and how were they going to bury the dead?
It was decided that heavy construction equipment would be brought in from the ships and a bulldozer created a trench near a half mile long in the frozen ground. Here the bodies of the American G.I.'s remain to this day nameless in a mass common grave, with few visitors to Honor them.
A few months after the Battle of Atu the Stars and Stripes newspaper had a photo on the front page, my mother asked my oldest sister who was around age 5; if she knew who the man who was blowing "TAPS" over that frozen grave.
Her reply: "That is my "Uncle Forest", yes it was a Army Cook with is own horn that he had with him; as there was no one else alive on the island to do so, according to him in 1979 on New Years Day when he spoke for the first time in his life of what he saw as he gave me a first hand account of the events of his time in war when I was visiting him and his family.
I write this as I do not want the man in that photo in the Stars and Stripes to remain nameless, to give the readers of this post the reason for Memorial Day 2012 in America.
You may ask what happened to him, well he became a custom Saddle Maker in California owned Knott's Saddle Shop in Fullerton and later moved to Anaheim.
When I was a kid my family was visiting his and he was building a custom saddle that was used in many Western Movies that we have all watch.
That day when I was in his shop he was working on the saddle; I watched him carve the name "John Wayne" into the leather on the back of the skirt as he was the man who had the custom saddle made.
There is something I want you to know "John Wayne" never severed in out Armed Forces, but as an actor portrayed many who did.
Was this his way to Honor them?

What America Needs to Do.
What America Needs to Do
The following is a Quote from a news article personally I feel that all of us who are legally able to vote follow the suggestion listed below.
It is legal and the right of every citizen of this country to stop being more interested in their pizza beer, coke in their nose. And all the 86 million unemployed people in this country to stand up for themselves.
How many folks can you forward this to? Think about this when voting for or campaigning for an elected official!!
Warren Buffett, in a recent interview with CNBC, offers one of the best quotes about the debt ceiling:
"I could end the deficit in 5 minutes," he told CNBC. "You just
pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more
than 3% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible
for re-election.
The 26th amendment (granting the right to vote for 18 year-olds)
took only 3 months & 8 days to be ratified! Why? Simple!
The people demanded it. That was in 1971 - before computers, e-mail,
cell phones, etc.
Of the 27 amendments to the Constitution, seven (7) took one (1) year
or less to become the law of the land - all because of public pressure.
Warren Buffet is asking each addressee to forward this email to
a minimum of twenty people on their address list; in turn ask
each of those to do likewise.
In three days, most people in The United States of America will
have the message. This is one idea that really should be passed
around.
Congressional Reform Act of 2012
1.No Tenure / No Pension.
A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no
pay when they're out of office.
2.Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social
Security.
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the
Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow in to the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the
American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
3.Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all
Americans do.
4.Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise.
Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
5.Congress loses their current health care system and
participates in the same health care system as the American people.
6.Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the
American people.
7.All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void
effective 12/1/12. The American people did not make this
contract with Congressmen/women.
Congress made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in
Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers
envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their
term(s), then go home and back to work.
If each person contacts a minimum of twenty people then it will
only take three days for most people (in the U.S.) to receive
the message. Don't you think it's time?
THIS IS HOW YOU FIX CONGRESS!
We should require all past and present sitting Presidents to use the same health care as congress has imposed on us.
When our current President was asked if he was willing to have the same health care that HE has imposed upon the PEOPLE of this country during an interview on tape he refused to answer. What does this show of how he respects the voters in this country. Remember that he is a former Congressman and does not pay into the SSI and will recieve free medical for life at our cost.
