Some thing different from my previous post my niece has a small business that she runs from her home in Eagle Alaska where she has lived for a number of years.
What she makes is custom jewelry out of odds and ends and some of the stuff she makes is out of old Trading Beads that she has located some how. It could be the fact that the town of Eagle is located on the Yukon River and the river was a major form of transportation during the Gold Rush Days, that this is where she found the beads. I will not get too deep into this subject but will say that she does some mighty fine work, and is a talented artist.
